The holder can prove his identity through his IFE, INE or passport, displaying the original document and a copy for comparison; for representation cases, the identity of the owner of the information and the representative must be accredited, and the notarial instrument through which the representation is accredited must be exhibited, if he is of legal age, and if he is a minor, the document proving the representation in terms of the Civil Code must be displayed.

 

b) What information and / or documentation should the application contain?

 

Identification information, data to access, rectify, cancel or oppose, and the reason for the request.

 

c) In how many days will we respond to your request? 15 calendar days
